Individual course descriptions identify the applicable learning format, intended student, eligibility requirements, curriculum, supplies, support, access period, assessments, and certification requirements.

3. Eligibility

Students must satisfy the eligibility requirements stated on the individual course page.

Some programs are beginner-friendly and do not require previous professional experience. Other programs may require an applicable beauty or medical license, professional qualification, insurance, or other documentation.

Students are responsible for providing accurate enrollment and qualification information. Glitters & Gems may request documentation before allowing access to professional-level training.

Course accounts, passwords, materials, videos, examinations, and certificates may not be shared, transferred, sold, or used by another person.

Students must notify course support promptly if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

5. Payments

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency before purchase. Students are responsible for reviewing the total price, deposit requirements, included materials, and payment schedule before enrolling.

Payments may be processed by Thinkific or another third-party payment provider. Glitters & Gems does not control a third-party provider’s independent terms, security procedures, financing decisions, or fees.

Failure to complete an agreed payment plan may result in suspension of course access, withholding of certificates, cancellation of training, or collection activity permitted by law.

All purchases are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy displayed on the website and any additional terms stated on the individual course page.

Online courses, virtual instruction, hands-on training, deposits, devices, kits, travel-based training, and downloadable products may have different refund and cancellation requirements.

8. Certification Requirements

Purchasing a course does not guarantee that a certificate will be issued.

Students must complete all requirements stated for the selected course. Requirements may include lessons, examinations, assignments, practical submissions, demonstrations, attendance, professional-document verification, or other assessments.

Glitters & Gems may withhold certification when requirements have not been completed or when submitted work does not demonstrate the required knowledge, preparation, safety, or technique.

9. Licensing and Scope of Practice

A certificate of completion confirms completion of an educational program. It does not:

• Replace a professional license
• Expand a legal scope of practice
• Guarantee insurance eligibility
• Provide government authorization
• Override employer requirements
• Override local laws or regulations

Students are responsible for determining whether they may legally perform or advertise a service in their location.

10. No Guaranteed Results

Glitters & Gems does not guarantee:

• Licensure or regulatory approval

• Specific treatment results

11. Student Conduct

Students must interact respectfully with instructors, staff, clients, models, and other students.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, unsafe conduct, unauthorized recording, dishonesty, falsified credentials, examination misconduct, or intellectual-property violations may result in removal from training without a refund to the extent permitted by law.

12. Practical Submissions and Models

Students are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent before photographing, recording, or submitting information about a client or model.

Students must avoid submitting unnecessary identifying, confidential, or medical information.

Glitters & Gems may review practical submissions for educational assessment and certification purposes in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
